What's a good waltz ( "123, 123, 123,")?

I am competition ballroom dancer. My partner and I are working on a waltz for a show case. We particularly like "A Daisy in December" by Mick McAuley & Winifred Horan, but the song has been used before. Any suggestions on a good waltz? We need something not too mundane. Something with emotion, rise and fall in the music. "Pulls you in" sort of song, preferably instrumental.
