Can I do ROTC then become a Ranger?

Hi, I was just wondering what I would be able to do. I would really like to attend ROTC then Ranger school if I were to be accepted. I just would really like to know if I would able to become an Army Ranger if I'm a 2nd LT then to continue on with a SF career. To sum it all up I need to know if I could do both ROTC and Rangers or if I should just go after Ranger school. Thank you.
