Trouble motivating myself - need advice?

Turn off everything that can distract you or keeps you from doing your work, and pretend you can't turn it on, or that its broken, so all that you have left to do is do your work. And when you feel you've done a really good amount of work so far, take a break to stretch or do something that is fun, no longer than 15 minutes, and get back to work. Also you can use this "fun thing" as a reward for working so hard. Also, keep in mind that once you're done with these tasks, you can do whatever you want now that its done. And once its finished, you'll feel good too. Really, all you need to start yourself off is say you have to, and then do it. I do this to myself all the time and it helps me. So I hope it works for you too.
