just waiting on cut between lower abs. I do (for the past 3 weeks or so) cardio (3 miles and 1 mile after workout in afternoon) and work out both 5-6 days a week. I also try to restrict my calorie intake as well as just plain eating healthy. my workout focus is on push ups and sit ups (also bench and curl 1 time a week) because i am getting ready for rotc in a month and a half. How long should it take? i think im seeing some results already
