Should you lie on job app surveys?

Everybody's applied for a job and had to have taken those mundane annoying surveys with the whole "Agree, strongly disagree, neutral," etc. choices. My question is, on those surveys, should you be honest or should you be putting Strongly Agree and Strongly Disagree to them? Do they even really look?
