What kind of pack should i get?

I'm looking for a pack that is in ACU pattern. I'm a cadet in an Army ROTC department and im looking for a good pack to take with me when we do FTX's, drills and stuff along those lines. However i would like it to also function as a regular backpack for college classes. Also i would like it to not be some huge massive burly pack. I was thinking the Camelbak Hawg or the camelbak linchpin. Any suggestions?
