DO i have breat cancer im freaking out like seriously!?

ok so im 15 years old and boobs started getting bigger the one is growing faster then the other. and at first i thought it was just cause of puberty but then i notice a bump under my armpit and when it popped stuff came out of it and it kinda left a scary mark and it grows back once in a while. and i notice little baby pimple looking bumps growing around my nipple and my nipples are a little flaky and it looks like skin is coming off do i have breast cancer???!!!
