Can I enlist in the Marine Corps Reserve and then go to college and do Army ROTC.?

I have always wanted to be a marine (for as long as i can remember) and i was planning on going to school to do NROTC MARINE OPTION, but unfortunately the university I will be attending doesn't offer NROTC. I was wondering if it was possible for me to take a semester off from college and go to Marine Corps boot camp with a reserve contract and then go back to college and participate in army rotc and possibly even earn a scholarship. I just want a straight forward yes or no with an explanation. I don't need this turning into a dick measuring competition between the army and marines and i don't need somebody questioning my motives and telling me i wont make a good officer of something. Sorry if that comes off a little stern but i just need a good answer.
