Can I join the Navy if.....?

I attempted suicide at 16 years old and was admitted into a "behavioral health" hospital (it was a locked psych hospital called Foundations Behavioral Health Hospital") and was an out-patient at Horsham Clinic. I am on Lexapro as an anti-depressant and Concerta for ADHD. It is possible I am bi-polar (not yet diagnosed, in the process of talking to therapist and psychiatrist. My moms twin brother was bi-polar.) PLEASE let me know if there is anyway I can 'block' this or have it not show up in background checks. Is it possible I can still join the Navy/get a ROTC scholarship?
