Should i attend college after serving as a Green Beret?

I plan on enlisting and was wondering if it would be more beneficial to go to college after returning from duty as opposed to going beforehand. After serving I would like to join the F.B.I. as a special agent or join the HRT. I would need to have a degree in law or accounting to be a special agent and i don't know if doing an ROTC program in college prior to serving would be the smarter decision down the road because of educational benefits.
