ROTC and national guard?

i have enrolled in college for the fall semester and i am wanting to attend the ROTC program they have and be in the national guard at the same time but i don't know how it all works. would i be going to drill while i'm in school or do i not start that til after i finish school? how do i get the scholarships? what do they cover ? any info will be a help
