"Self-liberation" a poem of small steps, is it cause for celebration?

Liberation is good isn't it Sue!? I really like the stanza " you breathe in a cleansing breath of warm, summer air and stretch your own arms out from your sides, discovering, to your amazement, they are not atrophied". Great thoughts there! .
