How do you get over a crush?

ok I really need help with this there is this extremely amazing girl i have been for lack of a better term crushing on for months now. i know that nothing will come out of it i mean she is a 10 and i'm a 2. i've tried to reason myself out of it and well that didn't work. the bigger problem is that she is one of my better friends and for the past month every time i talk to her about anything it could be a mundane conversation about homework it fells as if there were a gigantic elephant in the room sitting right in front of me daring me to mention it. i have to stop myself from screaming I REALLY LIKE YOU. but i can't do that all that would do is lead to an extremely awkward conversation which i can't avoid due to the fact i have to see her at least two times per day and i sit right behind her in both classes the only viable Solution is to wait for school to end and hope the isolation factor let this feeling fade problem with that being that if they don't i'm gonna have to kick the chair out from under me and let the noose do its job please help
