Gods world, dont you think the world as a natural man, is an unpleasent world to live in?

example? stingy nettles, snakes that bite, stones hurt the feet we can fall over and break our bones and cut our flesh, why did god need to create us with blood? im just not understanding living like adam and eve, i mean, they would have to have a poo and wee? where would they do it? and that would make a mess of paradise would'nt it?, and they would have to wipe there bottom, what would they use for that and where would they throw it? poo smells horrid, why would god make something that smells horrid in paradise? why did god make a fish that hides in the sand that when you walk over it it stings our feet? the only explanation i can think of is that god reversed everything good into bad, like poo smelt nice, and the fish that stings, when you walk on it instead of it stinging us, it gave us a pleasent suprise of uplifting feelings in our foot. why did god not just make us so we did not have to poo, the reason why poo is there, is for waste of toxins or somthing like that, but in paradise, there would be no need for toxings because god would of made everything clean and healthy, the world to me just seems like a very mundane, chemical fighting, surviving, dog eat dog, horrid place, now the phycological side of the bible, i can totally understand!
