DUI and getting a job for the Government?

So I recently received a DUI. I'm not going into great detail of how I got it. But, I'm now enrolled into college, and am to study Criminology. While doing this, I'm already enlisted into the ROTC program. My goal was to finish college, continue four more years with the Army, then apply for jobs with in the government, anywhere from the police department to the FBI. Does anybody know where the line is drawn? Can I even become a police officer, with this DUI on my record?
