Can you become a Marine Corps Officer through ROTC?

I want to join the military after high school through an ROTC in either the Marine Corps. or Army but I'm not sure if they're is a Marine ROTC. Also I have an 83 average and I run track and I do service for my school and the community through my school's COSA office. Also I'm going to be taking AP History next year. Will these credentials help me in getting a scholarship/ acceptance into the ROTC program of my choice.
