Can I do Army ROTC and still enlist in the Marine Corps?

There is one way, sort of. You can take the first two years of Army ROTC and then quit after your MS II year. There is no commitment for the first two years in the program and it is open to anybody. You may just decide that the Army is the path you'd rather take. Check into it.
