Air force ROTC help sophomore in College?

I was wondering if it were possible for me to join the airforce rotc I am going to be a sophomore in college this coming year. Also I am attending a small private liberal arts college in Boston that does not have a Rotc program could I possibly sign up for Bc or Bu's rotc programs and stay in my college? Also are there any specific qualifications like gpa etc?
